There are two things in life that we shouldn't live without: God's grace (2 CorinthIans 12:9) and at least a little laughter (Proverbs 31:25). All of the items offered give a nod to one or the other and sometimes both!

Order Processing Time: All items are made upon ordering. Please allow 7 to 10 days for an order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, usually in less than 7 days. Personalized or custom orders take an additional 2 to 3 days to create because they are made-to-order. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care.

Shipping Info: We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in North Carolina, you’ll get it faster than if you live in California. The UPS/USPS quote 2 - 8 business days for shipping. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: If there is an issue with your order, please email us at GraceAndLaughterLLC@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Grace and Laughter Design Co reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving product availability, errors in listing information, or concerns regarding fraudulent activity.

Please note that personalized and custom design orders with errors due to inaccurate information provided by the customer are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
